Honorable discharge from the C.C.C which reads..'To All Whom It May Concern: This is to certify that Don Spencer CC5-195935 a member of the C.C.C, who was enrolled April 10th, 1936 at Camp S-72 Elkwater, W.Va, is hereby Honorably Discharged therefrom, by reason of Par 44e,CCC,Regs,WD, dated 12/1/37, convenience of the government prior to ETE. So #157, Par #1, CCC Co, 3527, S-75, Morgantown, W.Va. dated March 27, 1939. Said Don Spencer, CC5-195935 was born in Masontown, in the state of W.Va. When enrolled he was twenty-one years of age and by occupation a laborer. He had brown eye, brown hair, fair complexion and was five feet none inches in height. His color was white.
